Rose Lugo Project Manager Through field experience and education, Rose has over 5 years experience in the design industry. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer Science and a minor in Business Administration. She is currently working to receive NCIDQ certification and registration from the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. A Waco native, she worked with architects and several designers at RBDR, PLLC Architects as a project assistant and at Home Place Interiors with Christi Proctor as a design intern. Rose’s current goal is to invest her expertise and education in the Waco area and to expand her knowledge of the industry as a project manager at Catherine Dolen & Associates. “My ambitions precede my work ethic, thus requiring an examination of aesthetics and function in everything I approach.” . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . John Moody Project Manager With over 19 years of experience in the design industry, John holds degrees in Interior Design as well as Communication Design from the University of North Texas. He is presently working to acquire certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. Before coming to Catherine Dolen & Associates in 2010, John worked as a Graphic Designer for the WRS Group in Waco, and Eisenberg & Associates, an advertising and design firm in Dallas. Rachel Martinez Office Administrator Rachel joined Catherine Dolen and Associates in March of 2011 taking on the job of Office Administrator. Prior to joining the CDA team Rachel ran the local branch of the Arthritis Foundation where her responsiblities included fundrasing events and educational programs in McLennan and the 11 surrounding counties. Rachel worked extensively with the media, local advisory boards and numerous volunteers. Johnnie Bourland Accountant Johnnie has been with CDA for 10 year’s. Johnnie handles all aspects of accounting including accounts payables and receivables. Prior to joining CDA Johnnie worked for the Abilene Independent School District from 1991 to 2000 and after moving to Waco in 2000 she worked as a Library Assistant for Midway ISD. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Millie Dolen Office Mascot Millie is the newest member to the CDA team. She brings new life to CDA and will be teaching us patience and cleanliness.
